About the Role:
Centillion Infotech LLC is looking for a talented Reliability & Maintainability Engineer to join our team in Everett, WA. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Reliability & Maintainability (R&M) plans, analyses, and strategies for complex systems and products
- Perform Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), and other reliability modeling techniques
- Conduct reliability predictions, life cycle cost analysis, and maintainability assessments
- Collaborate with design, systems, and test engineering teams to integrate R&M requirements throughout the product lifecycle
- Support reliability growth programs, including tracking and analyzing field failure data and corrective action implementation
- Prepare and present technical reports, reliability metrics, and status updates to program stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with applicable reliability standards such as MIL-HDBK-217, MIL-STD-756, and related specifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- 3+ years of experience in Reliability & Maintainability engineering in aerospace, defense, or complex systems environments
- Proficiency in reliability analysis tools such as Relex, ITEM Toolkit, or similar software
- Strong knowledge of FMEA, FTA, RCM, and reliability prediction methodologies
- Familiarity with MIL-HDBK, MIL-STD, and other industry reliability standards
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance if required

Compensation: $120,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
